Sometimes, to kick start me, I need a challenge. I need a spark of creativity to jump in and just write. My friend Anita Ojeda provides the spark with her Write 28 Days Challenge for February 2019.
I am so glad I chanced upon this challenge and can’t wait to see what it inspires.
What category will I join? I am not sure at this point.
I just want to write and let my words fly off the computer screen.
We all have goals, dreams. This 2019, my word is breakthrough.
I hope you will join me as I pursue my daily writing goals and see what this challenge inspires.
Tomorrow, I will start the challenge with gusto. I am determined and will apply myself each day to write. I hope God will give me the words that will inspire something new in you too.
Will you join me? See where God takes me as I continue to strive to breakthrough in 2019. The table of contents is below. Note on some days that I will change the prompts to better fit my wintery theme.

This looks like fun! I’ve been feeling a little stale in my writing lately. Maybe this will help inspire me.
Thankfully, the daily regimen that my blog requires keeps me writing almost every day. Even though I write each year on many of the same passages, I’m always editing, adding and changing as I grow in my understanding of the word or as events in the world lead me to comment on other portions of the daily readings.
I try (that’s the operative word) to get ahead. Once I do, I still write every day in the hopes of staying there. But too often a post will take me more than one day and then I’m back trying to get a couple of days ahead. :\
I always seem to have a bazillion (slight exaggeration) ideas I want to write about … but alas … time! But I know all too well that if I wasn’t “forced” into a plan, I would need one! The challenge sounds like so much fun and I look forward to reading what comes out of it. Blessings!

This challenge sounds wonderful, somehow more doable in a short month than those 31-day challenges. Sorry I missed the first few days. Maybe I will jump in now!

What a great challenge! I have a novel manuscript deadline to meet, and so worked out (lying in bed this morning!) that I need to write 10,000 words each week in February. Preferably really GOOD words! So that’s my writing challenge for this month. I wish you well with yours. ? Stopping by from #momentsofhope
Woot! Woot! I’m so glad you’re joining the challenge! I look forward to seeing what you write!
