Jaime Wiebel is a community builder and exhorter of women. Her blog posts are filled with scripture and truth.
Not a week goes by that I don’t visit her Sitting Among Friends linkup. I find so much encouragement there.
She also tries to find joy in the moment and strives to find love in any situation. Her outlook is reflected in her blog and posts in which she, “writes about God’s Word and shares about His awesomeness.”
I hope you enjoy her profile which follows.
Jaime Wiebel : Biography
Just like the Big Daddy Weave songs says, “to tell you my story, is to tell of Him.” I cannot separate my personal story without telling you of the hope, mercy, and hand that God has had on my path.
Jaime Wiebel : How she came to know Christ as her Savior.
I grew up in the church and was saved as a preteen. I continued to go to church regularly but as I got into my teens years and throughout my twenties, I lived as if my life was my own. I made all my decisions without consulting God or His Word.
When I was in my early thirties, I lost twins. This was the point where God got a hold of me and my life has never been the same. Although it has been a growing process, I know there is nothing more I want in this life than to tell of Him.
Her Favorite Verse and How It Became Important to Her
I don’t have a particular favorite verse. You may hear me quite often say, “I love this verse or this is the greatest verse.” For me, it is quite hard to narrow down so many fabulous authors all inspired by the breath of God. His words are a love letter to our heart. Each one reaches my heart in a different way on a different day. That is the amazing thing about His living and active Word. God know us so well, He knows what verse to make our favorite today. Just as I live and breath so do the verses that flow through my heart.

Her Blogging Story
About two years ago, I began blogging. I felt God lay on my heart, the need to serve Him in a new way. Blogging was far from my radar because I did not have a computer or the internet at my house. As a suggestion from my husband, I started writing and fell in love with the process of reaching people in a whole new way.
Her Blog Mission
The mission of my blog and my ministry is to help people see, understand, and know that their identity in Christ is not based on them, their past, their circumstances, or their future. It is based on what Christ did for them on the cross. When God looks at us He sees His Son. We can find our truest identity in the heart of God.
Her Top Three Posts Based on Readership Statistics
Statistically my best posts are:
Her Three Favorite Posts
I don’t personally have a favorite post. I always put my heart in every post. I enjoy writing each one of them or they don’t get published.
To me, they have to be something that I feel will not only give me a creative outlet for teaching but to really reach the hearts of my readers and to encourage them to walk closer to the Lord.
I want people to know a life abundant in Christ is not only an encouraging verse in the Bible but a possibility for their lives. I strive to be of encouragement and write to each individual heart that may be visiting my site that day.
What Inspires Her to Write for Christ?
I am inspired to write for Christ because I want to give Him my all just as He gave all to me. I want to share the hope that I have within me and to deliver that message of hope to those who are seeking it. I also try to be of encouragement for people to live out the faith-filled life we were called to.
Her Favorite Song
I always have new favorites songs because I love worshiping and praising God through songs. It is hard to narrow it down but will say my favorite right now is Priceless by for King and Country. I love that song because it so beautifully explains that our identity is based on what God has done for us on the cross. He has made us His bride dressed beautifully and He sees our worth through His son and not on what we have done. I like sharing lyric videos so people can read the words as they are being sung. I guess that is the teacher in me.

Authors Who Inspire Her or Motivate Her to Write
An author who inspires and motivates me to write is Paul. I love how bold he is for Jesus and tells people not just what they need to hear but the truth. His life truly inspires me because he is a great example of what God will do with our wretchedness and use it for His purposes and glory.
A Personal Blogging Story
I get a lot of comments on my blog about how someone needed to hear this or that this week or right now in their lives and that encourages my heart as I continue to do this type of ministry. I have a pretty active community. I love to meet people there and have conversations with them. I love to talk about Jesus and the comments is such a great way to talk about what He is doing in our lives.
Her Blogging Tips
I still feel like a newbie blogger even though I have been doing it consistently for almost two years. I guess the best tip I can give is to be consistent. Let your readers know that you are going to be there for them each week. Then you develop a relationship with them, and they begin to trust you and your relationship. Don’t forget to meet them at their place and encourage them there.
Last Minute Thoughts On Inspiration and Uplifting
I am a mom and wife. Those things can be so tough, but we don’t have to do it alone. In Christ, we never have to be alone. Christ died and was resurrected to show us that nothing is impossible for Him. He gives us all the opportunity to come to Him, lay all the stresses of life at His feet, and there He will give us rest. The story of the Gospel is for all who will receive it. That is Good News!
As believers, our identity is in Christ alone. He is at our core, our soul, and from it He flows as living water. What a beautiful picture of Christ and all He did for us on the cross and what He will do in our lives if we allow Him.
