Attain and Actualize

April 1, 2015 By Mary Hill 9 Comments

A to Z Inspiration and CreativityYour Vision; Your Dreams

     Aspire to be more.

    Ascend beyond your dreams.

Actualize and attain your goals, your vision.

Remember this simple truth:

“What you get by achieving your goals is to as important as what you become by achieving your goals.”

– Zig Ziglar

Remember, mistakes are achievements in the making. We learn, we grow, and we take new roads.  For every failure, success lurks in the corner waiting for us to dust ourselves off and move forward.

Paul also wrote about this in Phillipians 3 when he penned these words :

13Brothers and sisters, I can’t consider myself a winner yet. This is what I do: I don’t look back (at past failures or regrets <my addition>), I lengthen my stride, and14I run straight toward the goal to win the prize that God’s heavenly call offers in Christ Jesus.

This is my first post for the Letter A in the AtoZ April Blogging Challenge.

What a great and AFFIRMATIVE start you have for the A-Z! Yes, we need to always look forward, never giving up or dwelling on our defeats. I believe that God will give us all the strength we need to overcome obstacles that are set in the path of doing his will and following the journey He has set out for us!

I’ve finally learned not to look back at my mistakes, Mary! Thank you for the reminder, though!

We get so caught up in what we can’t do that we lose sight of all possibilities. Thanks for the gentle reminder to keep on keepin’ on.
