Thanksgiving, the holiday, passed with feasts, family, and food. True thanksgiving never leaves a heart when you focus on the reason for the Christmas season. We sing in Thanksgiving.
He is our focus and our love not just in the Holiday Season, but throughout the year. His sacrifice and goodness make Him worthy. He is King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Jesus is all I need. He guides me. He directs me. He protects me.
He came as a babe to save all generations. I pray you accept Him today.

John 3:16: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Leading up to Thanksgiving, I began a series celebrating Fall Thankfulness. Here is the landing page. This post represents the letter “S” in Thanksgiving. I continue to blend this series with the start of another sponsored by Wendy Speake: A Holiday Haiku Challenge. Wendy kindly featured me on her blog here! I am so appreciative.
