Republicans have been complaining all week that President Obama needs to come up with a plan and show some leadership. President Obama presented a plan to the Congress over a week ago and it has been up on his website. They just did not want to compromise on taxes for the wealthiest. Obama proposed cutting taxes to 28 percent for the wealthiest Americans while at the same time eliminating loopholes that are not necessary and unfair to the middle class.
Why has Republicans in Congress ignored President Obama’s leadership and not acted on the plan? Where is their counter offer? They just want middle class Americans to suffer while helping rich corporations and billionaires get away without paying taxes? They don’t want him to succeed as President and are playing political games with our economy.
Here is a copy of the plan.

President Obama and Congress are in a quagmire. I really believe President Obama cares about the average person. Republicans should too.
(I am going to add a part two tonight with links of blogs from everyday folks who are going to be impacted by the sequester. We should cut Congress’s pay to $0 until they put the welfare of their a majority of their constituents first. The wealthiest only represent 1 percent of America and because of loopholes they pay less in taxes proportionally then my family does.)
