#LMMLinkup: So Thankful For Outpouring of Support

September 23, 2019 By Mary Hill 11 Comments

This season’s difficulties overwhelmed me, but your outpouring of support lifted me this past week.

I am mending and even come through a bout of bronchitis, but despite all my health issues and family difficulties, my spirit is buoyed knowing I have a community of strong and loving Christian women who drop everything to uplift one another in prayer.

I prayed over every comment this past week. I shed tears of relief and happiness. Never in my life have I felt as much love as I did last week. God is good, loving and faithful to show up His deliverance in times of trouble.

He comes through every time. Thank you so much again for your support. Because of this support, I feel even more validated as I answer the call to join Kate Motaung’s 31 Days of Five Minute Free Writes. I know God will use this participation to grow me spiritually and as a writer.

I am also entering a time of prayer. My renewal for my blog expenses come due in January. Please pray for me that God will provide a way for me to continue my blog. I want to stay self-hosted and am praying for the funds.

Now on to our linkup.

Linkup Rules:

  1. Include a link back or the blog hop button linked to this hop on your posts.
  2. Link up the URLs to your posts, not to your blog.
  3. Please remember this is a family-friendly linkup. Although we believe in the right for adults to read whatever they want to read, we prefer to read wholesome posts that feature literature that edify and uplift families. We reserve the right to delete any posts that are not family-friendly. We love all kinds of literature and genres including family-friendly inspirational romances, fantasy, or science fiction. We do not welcome any posts that feature excessive violence, sexual content, or any cursing. This rule also applies to book review posts that feature books that are not family-friendly. These posts will be deleted without notice to the blogger or explanation. While we believe in the right for all adults to read whatever they want, we feel our linkup is for family-friendly posts only. Thank you for understanding.
  4. We also want to be a loving community by supporting one another. Please make a point to do this week! Visit the two posts before yours and at least one other blogger’s post of your choice! I want to see lots of clicks on everyone’s posts. Remember it is also nice to follow them on their social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook.
  5. Also, note periodically I will send everybody updates on the linkup using your contact information you provided when you linked up. At the bottom of the notifications, you will be able to unsubscribe if you do not wish to receive these notifications.

Oh Dear Mary I am so thankful that the Lord touched you with encouragement in the midst of such heavy trials! You remain in my prayers this week, for healing and for provision to be able to continue your blog here. You are a blessing. And thank you so much for the mention of my post. I am humbled and blessed here, even while being in hard places of pain myself. God is so faithful to hold us!
