On a quiet, Winter Morn
I walk in the still air
Communing with you, Jesus.
I am amazed at the beauty of your creation.
Snow flakes gently float to the ground
My puffs of breath are crisp and white pillows of air.
My heart is slowed as I view your majesty.
You are my Lord.
You are my Savior.
You rescue me daily.
You free my soul of fear and shame.
You are worthy, Lord, to be praised and worshiped.

This post is written for Kate Motaung’s Five Minute Friday linkup. The word prompt is “quiet.” I am also linking up the great blog parties listed on my Linkup Parties page. I updated it this week so be sure to check it out!
