This post really hit home with me. Donna always writes such timely posts and this one will bless you as she features some wonderful resources to help us through trials and tribulations.
As I read her post, I remembered this wonderful song about God being with us in spite of the storm. It is called “The Anchor Holds.” I experienced that anchor firsthand this week. God really held my community during a terrible storm.

My week focus centered on storms as I went through a hurricane and personal trials. Dr. Michelle’s post is a great reminder of God’s faithfulness. She also shared some wonderful scriptures and insights. I highly recommend her post this week.

So many storms in life come and at the time it is hard to see past all the bad. But I know the storms in my life helped me grow.
Praying for all those who were affected by the recent storms. That there is good hidden among the bad.

Our nation sure is having some storms, some physical others spiritual.
I believe our times are as in the days of Noah. Our King is getting ready.
As for us, our electricity flickered on and off, lots of debris in the yard, high winds…

The words “my hope is in you” sound like a strong battle cry coming on the tail end of a big storm. How wonderful that no catastrophe is too catastrophic for God to work through.
