Dirtroads, Tooting, and other Meandering Things

Seriously Shawn

1. Where is the most inappropriate place you’ve ever fluffed, passed gas, farted, whatever you call it?

During a wedding at church. The sanctuary is so quiet you could hear a pen drop so the toot was definitely a high, embarassing squeal.

2. Have you ever stolen something? Explain…

I have never stolen that I can remember. I was with a girl that stole once. I was too scared ever to hang out with her again. I was afraid I’d be with her when she got caught shoplifting. Now, I tell my daughter to careful who her friends are and do not get caught up with your friends doing something wrong.

3, What TV shows are you embarrassed to say you watch?
I not so much embarrassed, but some poke fun at my watching “My Cat From Hell.”
4. What is something quirky that you must do?
Pick at scabs because they drive me crazy.
5. What is the last lie you told?
Don’t remember. I try to be honest all the time, but sometimes, I don’t tell people how I really feel, especially lately with ongoing family drama.

6. What celebrity makes you think dirty thoughts?
My husband. really! He is the only one I think dirty thoughts about. He turns 52 at midnight and is a hottie.
7. What is the oddest thing in your purse/wallet right now?
Nothing, I don’t dare put anything else in my purse. It will be lost forever in the purse abyss.  I am still looking for a special pin for my hair; a note from the doctor; a notepad; and a zillion pens. I put them in and they don’t come out.

8. Where is the strangest place you’ve ever had sex?
What about the strangest time? We went to church on Sunday nights early to take my daughter for choir practice.  Well, we had to fill up the time somehow. Where you ask? Listen to the song.

9. Do you give money to panhandlers? Why or why not?

Depends on the situation and place I guess.  We were sight seeing and a guy came up and wanted money.  He smelled of alcohol.  My husband offered to buy him some coffee.  We ran into another younger guy broke and out of gas.  My hubby, bless his heart, helped push the car to the gas station and filled the tank for him

10. What is your guilty pleasure?
See number 8.  I guess the theme of this post is I love my hubby.  I have to give him a special midnight birthday present.  đꙂ

I just discovered this hop last week and decided to officially join the discussion too:

QUESTIONS

  1. Do you use any type of water filter (pitcher or sink mount)? Nope, we drink it right out the tap.
  2. Do you have any tips for staying hydrated in the warmer weather?  Put your face in the freezer and then suck on a fresh piece of ice.
  3. Is your hair naturally curly or straight? Straight as a jacket; straight as I am; straight as corn silk (and just as thin but not as colorful); straight as an arrow. Well, you get the picture.
  4. Are you on top of all the chores/work you do, or are you always running behind? I never get to them because to busy doing No. 8 above and blogging.
  5. If you could sing a song to Wendell, what would it be? See below:

I would never admit to watching the Cat from Hell … not in a million years. Why, to even think of a musician that moonlights as a cat behavioral specialist, and supplies different types of solutions to maniacal cats that seem to be destroying the lives of their owners is beyond comprehension. And to believe that he drives a convertible … with his guitar case filled with cat equipment … how gullible. Btw, there’s supposed to be a marathon of the show next weekend! lol OMG, I didn’t say that, did I? At least I’m not watching Lizard Lick Towing! Good post!
