Psalm 55:22
Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.
Care
Original Poem
By Mary Hill
Darkness, thunder, lightning
Danger everywhere
I stumble and I fall, but You catch me
You steady me
You lift me out of the mud and put me on steady ground.
I stand amazed that you care for someone like me
Selfish and often uncaring, not thinking of others
Chasing dreams that lead no where but death and catastrophe.
No matter how far I stray you wait for me
You love me and come rescue you me
I am amazed about how much you really care for me.
Do you know how much He cares for you today? He loves you and waits for you to answer His call for your life. Just come to him for the answers and love you need.
How has Jesus shown you how much He cares lately? Share your testimony.
This post is my eigth installment in both both the 31 Days online writing challenge started by home blogger, Myquillyn Smith (The Nester) and Kate Motaung’s Five Minute Friday and her 31-Day Five Minute Writing Challenge.
Special note: I missed two days because I am am struggling again. I feel like a broken record; a broken body. I wish I could do more, but the pain and tiredness stops me in my tracks. Focus is not good and I can tell when I read my poetry. I can only hope He will use my talents to reach others and tell them of His love. He is 100 percent responsible for everything I accomplish because without Him nothing is impossible.

Such beautiful words 🙂 Thanks for sharing, Mary!

Such a beautiful poem. Stopped in from the Five Minute Friday.
It really is amazing how much He loves us. And I am thankful for this reminder. Hope you are feeling stronger soon. (BTW – no lack of focus in this poem – I thought it was beautiful)
