The darkness must have been unbelievable the hour he died on the cross.
The darkest moment on earth when cried, “My God, my God why have thou forsaken me?” Our sins heaped upon Him, and God had to turn his face away and their connection broken.
His death seemed Satan’s victory.
The pain, the agony seemed impenetrable. With His last breath, death seemed unconquerable. The pain, the blood, the stench. The seeming defeat, but wait Easter morn is coming.
This is my “D” installment for the A to Z Blogging Challenge.
I also shared this post with Missional Women Faith Filled Friday, Christian Mommy Blogger, and Womanhood with Purpose.

A reminder that when things are darkest it just might be before the moment of victory.
