Christ’s
Birthday is
Here and the tree
is decorated and my fur babies snoozing
Hubby is gone Christmas shopping
for yours truly
We’ve
finished
shopping for everyone
else, (just about). I have one
last thing to buy: a frame for a beautiful
picture. For a special present
A portrait of joy
and Love.
I
talked
more today
to my brother’s
and sister than I have all year.
They are all coming with their
families on
Christmas day.
Two
days of
parties oh my,
I have to clean house.
Grands and kids for Christmas Eve
then my family on
Christmas day.
My
husband
has surgery
the day after Christmas.
We will have family here to
support us and a church bringing food.
God will see
us through!
Stars
all lit up
Beautiful tree spinning
All around. Decorated house and
beautiful Christmas music playing
in the background
Alleluia.
Christ’s
Birthday is
almost here, remembering
Him and praying blessings for all
my wonderful friends here in the US
and across the pond.
Don’t
forget, the grand
daughter’s fourth birthday
celebration today. We had
fun watching all the babies, playing
and runnig around.
I
feel our
beautiful leader’s
pain because I remember
a holiday season not too long ago
when I got the news that my baby
went to heaven.
I
know that
he’s a he, playing
in the clouds with my
own dad who died in 1999.
My sister has a baby up there too,
whom died the same year. They are watching us
and waiting for us to join them
in heaven.
The
ornaments
on this year’s tree,
are the friends that I have
made in the blogosphere. Blessing to all
and peace and goodwill.
God’s
love
abounds!

Merry Christmas to you and your family! I love the way you did this post. Beautiful.
Sounds like you’ve got a busy few days coming up. I hope your husband’s surgery goes well.
And I am amazed at how my pointer turns into a rose when it’s over your blog. How do you do that?!
I love your paragraphs – like little trees. You have a wonderful list of things here! Prayers and best wishes for your husband’s surgery to go well.
Happy holidays and I wish the best for your husband during and after his surgery.
ITS A TREE! COOL!
Beautiful, Mary – like little poetry-filled word-baubles. Amazingly well done 😀
