[tweetthis]Finding freedom starts with accepting the grace God extends to all.[/tweetthis]
He died on a cross so that all might know love and forgiveness of sin. The only requirement: bowing your head and inviting Him in and asking Him to forgive you of all your sins past, present, and future.
When you accept His gift of love and grace, you become free indeed: free from guilt for past mistakes and sins; free from chains that hold you down; and free from the curse and punishment for your sins.
Jesus will make you new, spotless, and blameless. Just come to Him just as you are.
Ephesians 2:8 and 9 says it best:
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
I pray if you have not accepted this wondrous gift that you will do so today.
How has God made you free? Share you testimony of encouragement in the comments. I can’t wait to read them.

Trusting in the Lord and surrendering my life to Him has taken a lot of pressure off of myself…pressure to be better and to do more. I’m already good enough and I know that His love for me is not based on my own personal or professional successes. I am thankful! 🙂

I am free! When I realized Jesus Christ doesn’t condemn me, my life got much sweeter. His grace doesn’t give me a license to sin, but it gives me power to live an abundant life!

The Freedom I have in Christ, is a daily choice to receive His peace…. The Freedom I have gained is eternal, yet also one day at a time. Thanks for sharing.

Sue, I love the concept of one-day-at-time and then also eternal. It’s great that the freedom we receive is both. Thanks for stopping by.
