Poetic Praise Dancing In His Presence

November 5, 2014 By Mary Hill 13 Comments

praise clouds in the sky

Let Us Dance in Worship Poetry

Joy guides my limbs as I spin

Exuberant and dancing in His Presence

With praise I lift my hands

Toward His Beulah Land

Beyond the beautiful

Blue sky and pink clouds,

Providing the melody to my dance

And showcasing His promises

That shine in the twirling light of His Grace.

Psalm 149:3

“Let them praise His name with the dance.”

This poem was written for the Two Shoes Tuesday hop. I am also joining these hops.

We can praise the Lord with our voice, and our body. We can clap our hands, stamp our feet and twirl however we please and it is all pleasing to God. Thank you for sharing your awesome post with us here at “Tell Me a Story.”

Well, Mary, I think God is so happy to see us dance, create and love as praise to Him and our fellow humans. Lovely poem and picture, with excellent inspiration. 😉
