Let Us Dance in Worship Poetry
Joy guides my limbs as I spin
Exuberant and dancing in His Presence
With praise I lift my hands
Toward His Beulah Land
Beyond the beautiful
Blue sky and pink clouds,
Providing the melody to my dance
And showcasing His promises
That shine in the twirling light of His Grace.
Psalm 149:3
“Let them praise His name with the dance.”
This poem was written for the Two Shoes Tuesday hop. I am also joining these hops.

What a lovely post! Thank you for sharing it at Tuesdays with a Twist! -Marci @ Stone Cottage Adventures
We can praise the Lord with our voice, and our body. We can clap our hands, stamp our feet and twirl however we please and it is all pleasing to God. Thank you for sharing your awesome post with us here at “Tell Me a Story.”
Hazel, thanks for hosting such an inspirational linkup. It is a highlight of my week. 😉

Rach,
Thanks for the visit and the support. 😉
Beautiful, beautiful! There no dance more joyous than one where we reach out in praise and love to our Creator! I could feel that joy in the words of your poem! Thank you for sharing with us at Two Shoes Tuesday! I love your new profile photo too… such a beautiful lady, it made me smile! 🙂
Thanks, Josie, your supporting words mean so much to me. I am so glad I have friends like you.
Well, Mary, I think God is so happy to see us dance, create and love as praise to Him and our fellow humans. Lovely poem and picture, with excellent inspiration. 😉
