I hope all the rain in the South has not messed up our Fall this year. It seems to be a little late, or am I over anxious awaiting great pictures for my Wordless Wednesday posts? I went exploring recently. I hope you enjoy my attempts.

| A couple of maple leaves begins to turn yellow surrounded by greenery. |

| I found a spot of fiery red amidst the greenery. |

| Small splashes of color, but I think it is still too green. |

| At least the autumn wildflowers are on full display. |
At the end of the excursion, I did find a hint of autumn in one tree.
