- I am waiting on my husband to get back from being a knight in armor again. This time he is off to rescue his son whose car is broke down. They are going to a home game for the South Carolina Gamecocks. I am thankful my husband has such a kind heart.
- Have gotten more books in the mail to review so now I do not lack for review material for Mary-andering Among the Pages.
-
Guess who is keeping the grandson. Another silver lining to my son and daughter going to the game.

Colson Seth, 10 months - Hi, I am grateful to my new followers. Scared to name just a few because I know I will forget someone. If I do just drop me a line, and I will be sure to mention you!

7. Joining special bible studies which I will feature on future posts.
8. Exercising everyday. My husband found a piece of free exercise equipment. I will do a post just on this too next week.
9. Family, home and friends. Can’t get any simplier than that.
10. Another week for which to be thankful. π
Also found another great Christian tune for this week’s post. Hope you enjoy!
Linda, glad to have you on board. π I am real thankful for all my new followers.
I love new followers too. Overall, your list was so simple and sweet. We all need to appreciate these. Every. Single. Day. Thanks for sharing. P.S. Your husband sounds very kind.
I’m guessing your husband’s son is extremely grateful for your husband, too. π
Lucky you, getting to have that baby to yourself for several hours. Enjoy!
Someday, I will get a lazy Saturday, and I will be soooooo grateful. π
Yes, he was. π
A lovely list, as usual! And a DARLING grandbaby!
Thank you. π
My granddaughter and your grandson are about the same age. What fun you must have with him!
Why another great thing in common. Thanks for the visit.
Number 9 totally.
(Number 8 I keep reminding myself that I need and want to get into better shape… thanks for the one extra reminder)
I need to do something like this. Some weeks can feel so downhill, that I need to force myself to look at the upside!
Great list…and new followers are always reasons to be thankful! And your grandson is a cutie-pie!
LOVE that song…thanks so much for sharing it here!
Thanks. π
As long as we are vertical we should be happy. There are so many things to be thankful for.
Have a blessed Sunday. π
You too, Sandee. Will be checking out Too Cute Mondays!
Hi Mary! And I am thankful that we are blog-friends! What a beautiful list to be thankful for, and your grandson is so cute! How blessed you are to be spending time with him. My grandchildren live out of state, so I miss seeing them.
Congrats on the exercise! You will inspire me. My birthday was yesterday, and I promised myself to get in better shape. Thanks for mentioning that.
Happy Sunday!
Ceil
Ceil, thanks. Happy Birthday too you. π
Mary- What a lovely post. Sometimes we forget that the most important gifts we have in our lives are our immediate families and extended dividends.
Thanks Arleen. Enjoyed your inspiring post too. Hope others will check you out too.
Oh my God! I can’t believe Jolene’s a follower now. I wonder if it’s because I had suggested you as someone to know when she asked for bloggers to check out on her Sept.9 post? Congrats on your new followers. Family, the bible, blogs and friends. You are blessed Mary.
Below is a link to a video of Amanda Too. A teen who committed suicide because of bullying. It is the first time I’m seeing it in the wee hours of the morning.

I need to watch that video. Thanks for sharing. I am blessed. I love having you as a bloggy friend. Can’t wait til your book comes out. I saw a contest for you too. It is for first time independent published novels. I think Writer’s Digest hosts. Be sure to check it out.
So lovely the way you are thankful for the little things in life!
Hi, Michelle. Thank you. Heading over to join your party this week. π Have my Monday “pay it forward” post ready.
Family, home, friends – this could be my whole list every week π I love how simply you put it π
HI, so agree. Thanks for creating this great weekly party. π
Next time I break down I know where to call! LOL. Great list Mary… I often forget to follow people when I visit…Lazy Saturdays are the best aren’t they?
I find myself forgetting to follow folks too, and then trying to say hi to each new follower. I really want folks to know I appreciate them. I really appreciate your stop bys and hellos too.
Thanks for commenting on my post, Mary π
I love your TToT’s, especially #1 & 3 – family is so very important in our lives, and such a blessing when we have a happy family life, isn’t it? π
I know. My family can be a pain sometimes, but I don’t know what I would do without them. π Thanks for stopping by.
