Saturday Thankfulness :)

Ten Things of Thankful

  1. I am waiting on my husband to get back from being a knight in armor again. This time he is off to rescue his son whose car is broke down. They are going to a home game for the South Carolina Gamecocks. I am thankful my husband has such a kind heart.
  2. Have gotten more books in the mail to review so now I do not lack for review material for Mary-andering Among the Pages.
  3. Guess who is keeping the grandson. Another silver lining to my son and daughter going to the game.

    Colson Seth, 10 months

  4. Hi, I am grateful to my new followers. Scared to name just a few because I know I will forget someone. If I do just drop me a line, and I will be sure to mention you!

    5.  Loving my lazy Saturday, exploring blogs and commenting.
    6.  New fall autumn foliage display in my vase on my table. Will get a picture for another blog post.
    7.  Joining special bible studies which I will feature on future posts.
    8.  Exercising everyday. My husband found a piece of free exercise equipment. I will do a post just on this too next week.
    9.  Family, home and friends. Can’t get any simplier than that.
    10.  Another week for which to be thankful. πŸ™‚

Also found another great Christian tune for this week’s post. Hope you enjoy!

I need to do something like this. Some weeks can feel so downhill, that I need to force myself to look at the upside!

Hi Mary! And I am thankful that we are blog-friends! What a beautiful list to be thankful for, and your grandson is so cute! How blessed you are to be spending time with him. My grandchildren live out of state, so I miss seeing them.
Congrats on the exercise! You will inspire me. My birthday was yesterday, and I promised myself to get in better shape. Thanks for mentioning that.
      Happy Sunday!

Mary- What a lovely post. Sometimes we forget that the most important gifts we have in our lives are our immediate families and extended dividends.

Oh my God! I can’t believe Jolene’s a follower now. I wonder if it’s because I had suggested you as someone to know when she asked for bloggers to check out on her Sept.9 post? Congrats on your new followers. Family, the bible, blogs and friends. You are blessed Mary.

Below is a link to a video of Amanda Too. A teen who committed suicide because of bullying. It is the first time I’m seeing it in the wee hours of the morning.

I need to watch that video. Thanks for sharing. I am blessed. I love having you as a bloggy friend. Can’t wait til your book comes out. I saw a contest for you too. It is for first time independent published novels. I think Writer’s Digest hosts. Be sure to check it out.

I find myself forgetting to follow folks too, and then trying to say hi to each new follower. I really want folks to know I appreciate them. I really appreciate your stop bys and hellos too.
