For November, I accepted a challenge. I write both fiction and nonfiction, but I am a published nonfiction author and journalist. It is my area that I seem to stay in and feel more confident about.
Nonfiction doesn’t have to be dry, however. You can use all of the literary elements of fiction to show a story of truth that will resonate with your audience.
So I embark in November on a great challenge. How do I present a topic of parental involvement in education in a way that relates to my readers? I will attempt to cover a spectrum of issues including parents and public education to parents as homeschoolers and even more spiritual issues. What do you think? Sheena-kay; I think the educational level of parents can have a positive impact. Parents who did not finish high school or college want better for their children so they will encourage them based on their own personal experience. I will go into this issue more so come back and read. Let your friends know too. 😉
