Look A New To Him

-When I look to Him, I will find beauty

 

We sometimes lose focus of where we want to travel in this life. I know I do.

We don’t know where to look for our blessings.

We don’t know where to look for our needs.

We don’t know where to look for love.

I feel like an old country song:  “Looking for Love in All the Wrong Places.”

There is only really one place to look: to the One Who Died for Us All.

So as I think about a new focus, a recharge.

I want to look to Him for direction.

I want to look to Him for guidance.

I want to look to Him for my future.

I want to look to Him for my goals.

I want to look to Him for my blessings.

I want to look to Him for all my needs.

For surely, He will provide all my needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.

So I look to Him for everything.

When I look to Him, I will find love in all the right places.

When I look to Him, I will find beauty and peace.

I love this song by Kero. I love the jazz and rap beat.

I hope you enjoy it as you think abou the word “look.”

 

Finally, Whitney Houston beautiful song really sums up why we need to look to Him in her song, “I Look to You.”

  2. Your words made me think. I always knew where to look, but I was defiant and rebellious. Then came a time I was so hurt and lost I just gave up and looked up. Then life began anew. I think I always knew I needed Him, but it took a long time for me to want Him.

  24. Thanks for the inspiring and encouraging post. Both video’s were awesome. I love Whitney Houston’s voice. Her life was such a tragedy. To be so beautiful and talented and have so low self esteem to put up with that abuse really makes me sad. I hope all is happiness and contentment where ever she is. I am sure the angels are enjoying her voice.
