#LMMLinkup: Creative Writing Class Offering

August 20, 2018 By Mary Hill 17 Comments

Calling all teen writers. Do you know a teen who loves to write? I am offering a nine-week creative writing course on Outschool entitled, Exploring Realms of Creative Writing.

During the first two weeks, we will explore writing poetry.  Each student will write a small booklet of four to eight poems from free verse to more formal rhymed poetry.  Students will also dabble in other forms of creative writing from short stories to creative nonfiction.

Outschool is an up and coming education site designed to connect students to unique, small online classes.  I hope you will help me spread the word about this learning opportunity.

Now on to our weekly linkup. First let’s meet your hosts:

Grace comes with refills

You’ll Always Get a Refill

By Lisa at Lisa Notes

Lisa really inspires with this short post that is chalk full of truth.  I especially loved this line: ““For every mess-up, there’s a grace fill-up.” This post reminds us of God’s unending grace and love. Be sure to check it out.

Linkup Rules:

  1. Include a link back or the blog hop button linked to this hop on your posts.
  2. Link up the urls to your posts not to your blog.
  3. Please remember this is a family-friendly linkup. We reserve the right to delete any posts that are not family friendly. We love all kinds of literature and genres including family-friendly inspirational romances, fantasy, or science fiction. We do not welcome any posts that feature excessive violence, sexual content, or any cursing. This rule also applies to book review posts that feature books that are not family-friendly. These posts will be deleted without notice to the blogger or explanation. While we believe in the right for all adults to read whatever they want, we feel our linkup is for family-friendly posts only. Thank you for understanding.
  4. We also want to be loving community by supporting one another. Please make a point to do this this week! Visit the two posts before yours and at least one other blogger’s post of your choice!
