I am joining a neat new blog hop I found called Hello Mondays. It blends so well with so many of other hops that I already participate in. Inspiration and love is what I send out to all. My mission of my blog is to inspire and show through example how God blesses despite what we see or what circumstances we face. He sees us through it all.
So hello Monday,
Hello fall,
Hello light crisp breeze
Hello pretty red leaves
Dancing, spinning in the wind
Hello, crimson nights and entwined
Moonlight rays dancing across
A splendid horizon crisscrossing
The sky with geese honking in a line
Flying south to warmer climes
Hello daughter who has gone back
To school but wants to slack
When it comes to getting out of bed
She has to be shed
Like old skin from between the sheets
Hello to a season of health woes
Hello to surgery Wednesday
Hello to prayer from family and friends.
Hello to a belief that God will provide a mending
Of my physical needs.
Hello to a new week of miracles, blessings and love.
I am also particpating in the October Poetry Month challenge. I have a lot of ground to make up, having just discovered the challenge this weekend and now trying to prepare for surgery. I will work on this post for later today or tomorrow morning. In the meantime, have a blessed first of the week.
Don’t forget to check my Monday page for blog hops and linky parties. 🙂
Love from God,
Lovely poem and pics to go with it!
Wishing you well! ;o)
Thanks you so much. 🙂
Prayer from me to on your surgery.
Very nicely done.
Have a blessed evening. ☺
