By Mary Hill

We are finishing the month of A to Z. Christ has been my topic throughout the month. I have looked at His life, death, and crucifixion. I have shown how by just calling on His name you can invite Him in and ask Him to show you the Truth. I spoke of his mercy and miracles and my own personal testimony.
I also wrote on how He came as a lamb to be slain in the form of a small baby. His mother had no idea the depth of what it meant to birth the Messiah. I am not sure she understood that He was to die on the cross. The story did not end at the cross. He was resurrected and now sits in Heaven acting as our advocate.
As the challenge came to a close, I faced an up hill battle again with health. I have been at the doctors so far everyday this week, and now, my family doctor is referring me to yet another specialist. I went to my rheumatologist today and found out that my latest round of test have shown an increase in the amount of inflammation in my joints. I had tried to post these last posts the other night but was really tired and in pain. I will just conclude this challenge with a wrap of my missed letters. I hope everyone will understand.
My last letters are V through Z.
As Christians, you can be Victorious through our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:57) and have all your sins Washed away by His own blood (Revelation 7:15).
Χριστός means the Anointed One, Messiah, Christ in Greek. Christ can “X” your sins if you believe in Him.
Yearning — We all in our spirits yearn for a relationship with God. We are drawn to him by the Holy Spirit (Romans 8:26).
Once you answer the call of Χριστός and follow Him, you will become Zealous of good works (Titus 2:14). Your love and understanding of the needs of others for Him will drive you to share the good news with all that you know.
The walk with Jesus is a personal, spiritual journey that does not end with accepting Him. It is just the beginning.
I am also joining these hops for today:

Hello there. Congratulations on completing the challenge! Each of us has his/her own issues to deal with and when I find myself feeling low, I always take comfort in the scriptures at Psalms 37:11 and Revelation 21: 3-5. Visiting from the A-Z Road Trip.

I’m sorry to read of your health struggles. I pray for Jesus’ healing in your body.
Great Post – I am so glad that the death of Jesus did not end in defeat, but instead in Victory and that our sins are Washed away! Thank you for sharing your wonderful post with us here at “Tell Me a Story.”
Hazel, so true. Thank your for stopping by.
I think you did amazingly to stay with the A-Z despite feeling so lousy, Mary! You did a beautiful job with your walk of faith A-Z theme, and certainly you wrapped it up in fine style! I love your conclusion best… not the ending but the beginning!! You are in my prayers for health and healing and being led to the doctors that will do their best to get you feeling better. I know how wearisome and sad it can be to go through round after round of this, and I am glad that you have the Lord Jesus in your heart to keep you strong!
Josie, thanks you always know the right things to say. I appreciate your support. 🙂
