We are at a standstill, a political crossroads. So many sides, so many fights, so many ideas competing and vying to come to the forefront.
We have a Tea Party and a Coffee Party, one conservative and one more liberal or independent. We have major issues to tackle but lots of division in Congress and in our neighborhoods and even families.
We have common ground though. Don’t we want the best for our communities and families? We just have different ideals on how to achieve the utopia we envision for America. What we have created in America is a political macro-cosmic monster eating at us from all sides.
Political Crossroads or Common Ground?
We are divided by classes, races, religion, and political views. How do we bring about real change? We have to find common ground for all people. Find the best for our communities and families. What is the “best” vision or way for America. I don’t know. But I have my thoughts and ideas. I am just a disabled mom from South Carolina trying to find a voice and light for the future of my country, communties, and families. This blog is about that adventure in 2013. I hope I can get followers and comments from all sides of the political realm. We disagree on some many things, but we can agree to work together for meaningful change and resolutions to our nation’s problems.
My main idea is that solving the national problems starts in our small communities and with prayer and diligence. You may disagree with me on many of my stances on issues, but we can still find common ground for change. It is out there to be explored and discovered.
