Act Write : Help Others

July 22, 2016 By Mary Hill 6 Comments

Do The Write Thing Help Others

I write this poem to Help Others and Inspire gifts of the Spirit in our lives of  Light, Love, Help, Faith, and Giving.

7:47

I walked among the helpless, the homeless.

I reached out with hands, light radiating from my soul.

Christ spread His arms on a Cross.

He set the supreme example.

We walk this earth in hurt.

We walk this earth overcome, pushed down, down trodden.

Prophet Buddha taught that when we seek the Good, the Holy, we find truth and love.

Our Lord and Savior Christ taught to do to the least of them.

His love is a seed.

We can plant it in our heart and radiate hope and truth.

It is up to us to seek the love and higher paths toward Christ and His truth.

I wish everyone would seek His love and His help.

His fruit tastes so supple and rich, sweetness that drips into your heart and spreads through your limbs.

He can change lives.

He can bring real help and change. Real love that passes all understanding.

My Morning Prayer: Act Write, Help Others

I take off in His sunlight this morning.

I spread my wings like a butterfly.

Fluttering in the rays of love and beauty.

I fly over battlefields, my heart wants to pour out the light that bursts from my soul.

That overwhelms my senses.

How do we heal? How we help? How do we offer hope, love and truth to a battle scarred people?

How we reach the heights and seek the realms of truth, love, and peace?

God is my Help.

His strengths lift me up to new love, new hope.

I praise Him, whom my Help Comes From.

Something is taking root in my soul this morning.

I see this tree growing in a wilderness, all alone.

Deep roots stretch into the dark earth.

The leaves glisten in sunlight.  The sweet branches reach toward Heaven.

It’s strong bough doesn’t break.

It’s roots grow as they reach underground streams of divine waters that cascade

Flow through the earth with force and might.

I tap into this inner strength and sure up my soul.

Sure up my life, sure up my faith, sure up my Help.

I praise Him! He comes in and wipes away my doubt and tears and fears.

He is my Lord, My Hope, My Sure Love, and Help.

    Marvellous. Just great.

Do take heed of this – that those on the battlefield are sometimes motivated by the same things. I and my fellows were very bloody tired of policy that said “Stand down”.

We brought violently kinetic answers to those that cried for help. It may be profane to say that we were God’s Strong Arm.

But I remember the child I caught up in my arms, and to who I promised that NO ONE would ever hurt him again.

    I’ll do it again tomorrow.

Thanks for this post, and thanks for reading my comment.
