Thursday, September 26: Coffee Shop Visit The Blogtember challenge for this Thursday involves visiting a local coffee shop and writing about something sad or happy: our choice. During this visit to my local coffee shop, however, I found it hard to think about anything, “sad.” Our hometown coffee place is great. We load up our computers regularly and take them to play games, check e-mail, or surf the web. This time, Katie Rose worked on homework, and I wrote this piece for my blog. The coffee shop is run by a local Mennonite couple. They opened the business as a ministry to our local young people so that they would have a positive and uplifting place to gather and socialize. They have achieved that mission spectacularly.

Not only is the shop a great place to just relax and drink coffee, but other treats are also available.
I also love the beautiful and relaxing decor
New blog hops I am participating in today:
Also check out my hop pages for both Wednesday and Thursday for even more fun link up opportunities. 🙂

Looks like a great place to relax and write. I pinned those cupcakes!
The treats look delicious. Glad you had a nice time outside the house.
How fun and I want a large piece of that cake. Wow that looks good and I’m hungry for pumpkin.
Have a terrific day. ☺
