So Many Reasons To Be Thankful
1. Discovering inspirational blogs like TheWriting Canvas by Loni, wonderful Christian woman who has faced some incredible losses in her life, but her faith is so inspiring.

2. Spending time with family during a historic event in our region.
3. Finally finding a car for my daughter so that she can get back on her feet after major setbacks in her life.
4. Taking a too cute series of photos of my cat, Perry, for a photo competition. I may win a $50 Amazon gift card. Even if I don’t win, I have these special memories to cherish:
4. Looking forward to a movie night with my granddaughter and daughter. We have decided to go see Monster U.
5. Getting word that my new blog design that I won is almost finished. I will do a celebration reveal and am looking for co-sponsors. Email me at marykatbpcsc45@gmail.com if interested. I want to give away prizes. Still planning this.
6. Continuing to have great new readers joining my site everyday. I love visiting their blogs and always join back. It is so much fun making new bloggy friends.
7. I am thankful I had my daughter’s help all week with housework and cooking! She is staying with us now and is such a great help. I am trying to get her to guest blog for me and start her own blog. She is too busy with her children and her schooling. ;()
8. Loving my grandbabies and seeing them. Every moment is golden.
9. Finding great blogging tip posts as well as online conference recordings by the Blog Workshop to help me continue to improve my blog. Here are some great links:

10. My doctors and a good report on my annual checkup. Now, I just have to schedule six weeks of therapy. My left knee decided it needs therapy. I replaced it five years ago and it has been bothering me. I thought the replacement might have given out, but my doctor said with six weeks of therapy, he thinks it will be fine. I am glad I don’t have to replace the replacement. π

Cute pics of your cats! Wonderful list, as usual! π
Lovely picture and videos Mary! All the very best with the knee therapy. You certainly got cute cat pictures. I hope you win the competition. Thanks for sharing this interesting and informative post on Creative Monday and have a great week.
Uplifting!! And I am thankful to connect with you, Mary!
I have a week of vacation next week, and I want to take the babies to the movies. It’s either going to be Monsters U or Despicable Me 2…. you’ll have to do a review of Monsters U to help me pick! π
Hi, we did a switch up when we got to the movie. We missed Monsters’ U and decided to go to Despicable Me 2. If you have seen that one, I would take the kiddos. I didn’t like No.1, but I loved the second one. It was so much better and so funny. It is really the only sequel that I know was really superior to the first movie. Hope that helps. We will still go to Monster U probably in next few weeks.
meant to say haven’t seen that one. π
It makes me happy to see families going out to see what’s going on in their own backyards. The water release certainly fits the bill!
Did you all enjoy the movie? Our family saw it this week, too, and had many good laughs throughout.
Can’t wait to see the new blog design!
I’m sure therapy is a welcome solution if surgery is the other option! Hope it all goes well.
Thank you for linking up with us again!
Thanks for hosting. I really enjoyed reading everyone’s 10 Things of Thankful this week. Uplifting. π
I LOVE the pictures of Perry. I am such a cat person!
How were you lucky enough to be there at the moment they opened the floodgates?! Holy moly, that’s a lot of water! My parents live downstream from Table Rock Lake in Branson. It has 10 floodgates, and on the rare occasions they are all open, it is both fascinating and terrifying to watch them.
Be good and do your physical therapy!
My husband read about it in a local paper and found out the times. The one we went to was set for 8:30 but they did not begin the release until almost 9:20. It was worth the wait though. Thanks for the comments. We have a Table Rock Lake too in my region.
Thanks for sharing your list…especially #10 about your knee. That’s such great news…just a few weeks of therapy and not another replacement!
Thank you for visiting and the nice comments. π
All great things, but the pictures of your cat were my favorite
Mary, when you linked to TToT, the link to Weekend Wanderings is what came through! Do have another go, cos I know all my co-hosts like to see your Things.
Those pics of your cat are SO precious. You did really well and I hope you win the competition.
And OBOY! That’s a lot of water. Sounds like a remarkable time to be there and see it all happening.
Pleased about your knee and that you’re able to support your daughter.
These are lovely, as ever. Thanks for sharing them with us.
Thank you SO much for your encouraging notes these past few days and for sharing on my blog. I hope that sometime you can also share on my post I wrote today – it’s why I started writing – and it’s my hope and prayer that lives are saved from a dangers game many kids are “playing”.
Blessings my new friend! ~Loni
Those kitty pictures are adorable. So glad the therapy should do the trick! Have a great weekend.
